[REQUEST HELP] SOME FILES/FOLDERS BECOME CORRUPTED

Hi All Masters,
Now, I am facing problem related with files/folder in my qnap as below:
- Type : TS-453Be
- Connection type : iSCSI to server runs Windows Server 2008 R2 Std.
Suddenly, I cannot access/edit some files/folders on it. But if I checked by right clicking the drive on Windows Server, then see properties, the size still exists there.
Is there any way to get my files/folders?
