Crash when writing more than 200GB in one batch

I have a TVS-671 and when I have the max memory, 8gb x 2, it crashes when I copy a large chunk of files or do anything that pushes the load. If I only have 4gb x 2 or 8gb + 4gb, I don't have any issues.

I think either the OS or something in the CMOS/MB can't properly handle the max memory. Did you ever figure out your issue?
