Hello
Following situation:
QNAP 809 Pro Turbo with Thecus I5500 ISCSI Nas Server
Im making a virtual disc with thecus server and the harddisk is correct formated with ext3.
When im copie files from public to thecus (VD), there is a very bad delivery from 40-50 mb/sec. After a short time the QNAP crashes. In eventlog there is nothing usefull, just that lan link is down.
After a new start from qnap, it's working again.
Is there any solution for this problem? Is this problem popular?
Thanx for every help.

Re: ISCSI Virtual DISK
Hi,
Correct me if I misunderstood you:
809Pro takes in a virtual disk which is actually on Thecus.
Copying files from Public share folder to the virtual disk share folder (VD) is running at 40~50 mbs and after a while the QNAP
LAN port would be down.
I suppose you move the files by web file manager?

Hi QNAPRobert
Sorry for my bad english!
This is correctly, its identical from WebManger to Copy or Copy from Windows Explorer.
The QNAP will crash after a short time, the lan link is down because the QNAP is Crash and not the Lan is not Working!
Thecus have not a Problem and its Stabile! QNAP have a Problem with VD
