Acronis TrueImage and Squid not working

I have the TS-469L NAS. I'm logged in as admin.

1) Recently I upgraded to firmware 4.3.4.0820 and my Squid stopped working. So I thought I'd try to reinstall it but when after uninstalling it's no longer an option to reinstall. Seems like it's been removed in newer firmware releases? Is it possible to reinstall it manually and if so from where do I download it?

2) I installed Acronis TrueImage on my nas and when I try to open it I get page cannot be displayed. The port it tries to open it on is 8081. I don't see a setting to enable/disable it so I assume I don't need to do anything before I can open it. What is the problem?
