I purchased this switch for its 2.5GBE ports. It was working fine. but suddenly it stopped working...the Loop Indicator constantly in RED color and the switch not functioning at all (not transmitting nor receiving data)
I disconnected all ports but the Loop Indicator still RED color and the switch doesnt work .
Any idea ? is there a way to reset the switch ?
I really will appreciate any help on this.

Since it is unmanaged there is not anything to reset. Power off/on is only option
