qnap not recognize ups

Hello I have QNAP TS-453Be, and connected APC BACK-UPS BX700U-FR. When there is no power ups takes over fine.
But any settings not working and its not "detected" by nas. Its connected by usb cable. I try restart /shut down nas, restart ups.
Setting are in polish since its my language of qts. What can i do to qts see my ups and i could safe configure it ?

You sadly did not switch the UI to English .. but it looks like the Network UPS window (not the local UPS one) ... is the UPS on the compatibility list ?

APC BACK-UPS BX700U is mine and its on the list.

Then it could be a bug .. best to open a ticket with QNAP

Compatible USB UPS should be appearing in external devices and in the UPS window you posted a screenshot of

Ok how can I report some think like that ?
Also ups cant be detected in windows in usb no idea is that relevant.

Are you using a fully wired usb cable? Try a different one. The fact that your pc doesn’t recognise the ups indicates the issue is not the NAS.

I try cable from my printer. Still not work.

You edited the post with that info..so yeah..windows should recognize the UPS..if that is also not the case..you probably have a defective UPS
