TS-451D2 Memory

Post by edmartin54 »

I want to add a 4GB chip to my NAS. Will any DDR4 SO-DIMM 260pin 1.2v memory work? I see memory on Amazon like that much cheaper than from QNAP.

Thanks!

Hello there,

I'm in the same situation, which RAM model did you buy in the end?

Thanks

Good question. I do not see compatibility list for memory chips on qnap.com.

qnap only advertises it's own certified memory (purchase from qnap online store)

inofficial compatibility lists can be found in forum threads/ reddit/ trail&error

Even on Qnap's store I can't find out what memory to buy for TS-451D2.
