TS-228
4.3.6.1831
- Trying to recognize a new seagate one touch 4T external drive plugged into the front USB
- I've purchased and activated the Exfat License it reads as status valid
- I've rebooted the NAS
- The drive still reads as uninitialized (I've disconnected/reconnected)
Can anyone give me a solution, or confirm if this external drive just isn't compatible?
I'm not a tech, plain, simple english please

Support have come back to me and confirmed that model TS-228 does not support EXfat regardless of the firmware version or licensetomcommet wrote: ↑Tue Nov 23, 2021 11:52 am TS-228
