Hi Forum,
I run an TS-EC1280u and had two kingston msata as chache, does failed me a long time ago and i wanted to replace them.
I check the official Compatibility list, orderd the biggest ones and drove to the office on saturday to change them...
after opening the case, i see, that they can not possibly fit...
so what now?
what did i miss?
or do they go somewhere else?
Who at qnap should I talk to about compensation for the wrong modules?

the compatibility screenshot is too low res to read anything
but msata and m2 is not the same ... and remember qnap does not come here..so if the drives you got are in fact on the list (and not the 2.5" models) open a ticket to complain
