SNMP stop working on PRTG

Hello. We use PRTG to monitor the status of the QNAP device. SNMP sensors have recently stopped working. Nobody touched the QNAP and PRTG settings. The line "EnableDetectDDoS = FALSE" is written in uLinux.conf. The service was restarted both from the WEB and from the console. What else could there be? Other devices in the same network work via SNMP.
