Hi,
my NAS is connected to an APC UPS through USB cable.
I enabled UPS network master in the hope it sends shutdown signal to my other UPS and to a Raspberry where nut monitor is running.
Is it really working?
When the UPS the system enters auto-protection after N minutes of power failure does it send a signal to other devices?
I installed nut ups monitor on my Raspberry but when i execute upsc qnapups@<mynasip> I get
Init SSL without certificate database
Error while connecting to <mynasip>, disconnect
Error: Server disconnected
Does anyone has already tried a similar configuration and can help me?
Thanks
UPS Network Master

Re: UPS Network Master
Hi,
I have the same problem. Usually it is reported that the call "upsc qnapups@<YourIP>" returns the famous "Init SSL without certificate database" in the first line and then the list of translated SNMP info. But the server (QNAP NAS) closes the connection.
Does anyone have an explanation for this?
Thanks folks, for any hints and advises!

Re: UPS Network Master
I contacted the QNAP support (with remote support) and they claim they didn't change anything in my configuration but now the second NAS and the raspberry can connect and get UPS status from the main NAS.
Probably it's been the last firmware update I made on the primary NAS.
I don't know what to say.
