TS-873A - Hardware compatibility

Hi

Last post had to be deleted due to some nasty links being posted on it. So here I go again. Just for those wondering about HW compatibility here's what I am using. So far no issues:

• QNAP TS-873A

• Added 8GB ram (to a total of 16GB) used module Kingston Laptop ValueRAM DDR4 2666Mhz non ECC - CL19 - 1.2v (KVR26S19S8)

• 4x WD Ultrastar HC330 10TB SATA 7.2K RPM 0B42266 512e

• Intel X520 DA1 10Gig SFP+ 82599EN PCIe Gen2 x8 NIC

• No-name M2 to PCIe Gen3 x4 adapter

• Samsung EVO plus 970 - worked in both, internal PCIe Gen3 x1 port and PCIe Gen3 x4 card

• Eaton 5E UPS (USB attached)

All working fine from what I can see. Have been using it for about 2w now.

I have the same hardware except for SSD and RAM module. For no apparent reason, my system is not working. Is this an issue with SSD or RAM. I'm using this module of RAM: https://www.getitequip.com/Nanya-Techno ... -3P-Memory

And SAMSUNG SM951 NVME 256 GB PCI-E M.2 SSD

Sorry for the late reply. Didn't see your post. The memory you linked is not an SO-DIMM. It shouldn't fit it is also not DDR4 I think. So that would never work. At least not in a TS-873A
The SSD shouldn't give you any issues.
