TVS-h1688X Thunderbolt3 card

Hello to Everyone,

I have TVS-h1688X with XEON W-1250 core 3.3 GHz, 32GB RAM. I installed extra Thunderebolt 3 Card QXP-T32P on it wich working perfectly. After while I install second thunderbolt 3 Card QXP-T32P. And via second thunderbolt card I can't connect to QNAP. On second card when I connect macbook via Thunderbolt I see that it have power (Shows that computer is charging) but in Network setting, thunderbolt bridge it says that there is nothing connected. Checked in System Report I see that in Hardware level it connected (Thunderbolt Enabled PC). In QNAP Hardware section I see that card is detected by QNAP. Also I see all four Thunderbolt 3 ports in Virtual Swich.

What I'm doing wrong? And how make second card work?

At the end when I sent my qnap to service it turned out that QuTS hero h5 dosen't support second thunderbolt 3 card and can work only with one card.
