TS-212 Stuck after login with blue screen and loading

Do a full backup first ... this way you know nothing is lost when you fiddle with it

Is there any idea from anyone what should i do next? The web interface is stuck at loading.
Perhaps open qnap service ticket?

Finally qnap service will have a remote session to help solve this issue.

Finally it was not able to connect even from putty.
The only solution was to initialize two news hard drives and recover all files from the drivers that i removed.
