Can I use a combination of m.2 conversion cases?

I am considering purchasing the TS-x73A.
The purpose is to replace 3.5 HDDx3 with m.2 compatible SSD.(HDD1=m.2x4, total m.2=12)

Do you officially support configurations that combine the QDA-A2MAR and QDA-A2A?
