TVS951X Power Supply

The power supply on one of my TVS951X systems has died.

This seems to be a tough part to find: the international QNAP site appears to have it, but the USA isn't on the list of countries shipped to. The US store claims not to know the part and independent suppliers don't seem to have it.

Any thoughts, suggestions?

If you are ok with 3rd party..check ebay for a power supply with matching specs

otherwise contact qnap via ticket for original hardware (and how to obtain it)

Already searched every 3rd party and the only ones close have different pinouts / connectors.

I'll try the ticket approach, how do I raise one?

Wondering if you had luck with this or not. I have logged a ticket and still not heard anything. Search for a 4 pin power adapter with the same specs is harder than finding a needle in a haystack.
