Hello,
I have a TS-453A and I'm trying to format an external drive (sandisk Extreme PRO Portable SSD) the disk has a built in encryption with an .exe file to decrypt.
On windows machine it is simple to unlock, but I need to unlock it on the TS-453A and format it. In the dropdown menu there's no "enryption management" only
options are Format/Eject/Device Information. When I attempt to format I fail because the disk is locked.
How can I unlock it and proceed to format it?
Thanks
Sandisk external SSD is encrypted on TS-453A
