Can't access data from RAID1

Post by rsoler »

Good morning, I have a Qnap TS-231K with RAID1 in which a disk failed and when we went to see what was happening we could not enter the system interface, from Qfinder we saw that the system requested initialization as if it had suffered a reset.

We changed the disk that had the red light and after a day (I understand that of RAID1 reconstruction) now the two lights are green.

Now when I turn on it keeps asking me to initialize the system, however, I see that there is the possibility of "Restore factory settings" that keeps the data on the disks, leaving only the system to be configured. (Which would be great) But when you do it, it stays at 99% and it doesn't happen from there.

Any idea how to recover data?

(The client does not have a copy... not because we have not warned him...)

Thx!

SSH into the unit and see if the share data is still on there
