QDA-A2MAR Dual M.2 SATA 2.5" Adapter Individual and TS-i410X NAS
Currently, QTS 5.0.1.2194 does not support QDA-A2MAR.
Contacted technical support for 2 months.
Is there a solution?

Only QNAP would know/have it . what was the reply to your ticket?
