TS-230 cannot disable EuP

Hi,

i have a TS-230, and i cannot disable the EuP mode. If i click on disabled option, and the 'apply' it switches back to enabled.

Any idea?

Works fine here on my TS-230 running QTS 5.0.0.1932.

What is the QTS firmware version and build-number installed on your NAS?

Same problem on my NAS. Disable EUP, click apply, EUP gets switches back to enabled immediately.
running latest QTS 5.0 version
NAS : TS 453

I have opened a ticket, for the same issue, yesterday.
support told me that its a bug, and remote access needs to be enabled for Qnap Team to check.

Suggest you open a ticket with QNAP, as what other users did...

EuP option generally controlled by SIO device (Small IC in Motherboard).

If Eup option can't be set, it more likely to be a hardware issue.

Suggest raise a ticket to QNAP to get more help.
