Problems with QXG-25G2SF-CX6

Post by Tomaszw1 »

Good Morning,
I have a problem with installing QXG-25G2SF-CX6 on Windows 10. Official drivers are not working (I have a yellow triangle exclamation icon).

I think someone else had problems with the drivers on these forums a week or so ago. it would appear some drivers require you have a certain firmware revision before they work.

https://network.nvidia.com/products/ada ... s/winof-2/

cant help you though... maybe contact QNAP Support directly.
Regards Simon

The problem is that I can't submit a ticket, since this is not a QNAP device, and I don't know how to contact support in other way

The card is a QNAP device. ;)

Why can't you submit a ticket?

It asks me for a serial number. When I type no serial number, it asks for device and that device is not available.
Interesting thing is that the network card works under Windows Server out of the box, but not under Windows 10

You may need to get creative when selecting the product. I usually select the ACC-ADAPTER, as it doesn't require a serial number. ;)

Then advise the help desk of the real device in your problem description.

Hello Tomaszw1, did you resolve your problem with QXG-25G2SF-CX6?

I am also having an issue with QXG-25G2SF-CX6, which might have been caused by NIC firmware update provided by QTS 5.0.1.2376. Details are in my post here.
