TS-212 & TP-LINK W8970 V3 ROUTER AT LAN SPEDD OF 1000 mbps DOESN'T WORK

Hi guys
I've recently bought a new router model tp-link w8970 v3 equipped with 4 eth gigabit port but when I put in the tp/ict settings of the nas the lan speed at 1000mbps or autonegotietion, the nas loose the connection , the yellow led is switched off and I can't access anymore to nas without resetting it . The connection is with a wire 10meters Long CAT 6. I Can work only setting on nas lan speed at 100mbps. Anybody can help me to find a solution at this problem.

set the router to dhcp server and the nas as dhcp client dont manually put the values in - let them negotiate the link

how do you know the cable is cat6?

put the cable in different ports and not port4 as it maybe configured differently as its a wan/lan port

I've Just tried now but with the same result, led yellow swiched off and connection lost. Now I've to reset the nas again and reconfigure it making a point to point connection with The pc-desktop .
Any other suggestion?

try a different cable

reset the router and update any firmware etc

did it work with your old router?

could be a faulty router?

The only thing i haven't tried is the nas hard reset. But i don't want risk The datas on The nas.
The router with all other devices goes well also at gigabit speed. So i defenetly think that the problem is uncompatibility between nas and router.
