we are planning to purchase QNAP NAS TS-453 box . we have 50 PC's on Window's 7 licenese and 40 Pc's are on Window's XP . we are not sure weather this "Ext4"File system will Support for WinXp. Can someone help us to know , how we can use WinXP Pc's on This QNAP TS-543 Pro model ?
Is "Ext4" extension supports Window's Xp ?
On website, No where it has been mentioned about this .

The file system on the NAS doesn't mater since the windows machine will use windows protocols to access the files (SAMBA / SMB).
The same holds for Mac's and linux PCs that can also access using a supported file protocol.
