Seagate Ironwolf SMART raw values

Hi
I have a TVS-463 with the last QTS 4.3.6.0776 (2018-11-30).
I bought a new hard disk because the old is "abnormal" status: the new is a Seagate Iron Wolf 4 TB model ST4000VN008-2DR166 in the compatibility list.
The status of the new is OK !! And it seems to work correctly.
But in the SMART STATUS the are a lot of RAW Values unreadable for human and very high.
For example the temperature is RAW VALUE 81604378654, while in Disk Healt Summary panel is 30°C/86°F
Please look at the attachments.
The are the following strange values:
raw read error rate
seek error rate
power on hours
airflow temperature cel
termperature celsius
head flyng hours
total LBA written
total LBA read
I want to point out once again that the disk is new and "GOOD" for the nas.
Could it be an incompatibility from QTS SMART system and the disk?
The other disks are all ok: 2 WD RED WD40EFRX and 1 WD Purple WD40PURZ. For this the SMART raw values is human readable, and ok !!
The last question: why is the IronWolf Health Manager in the Disk Health NOT AVAILABLE? I bought this brand and model for the better compatibility and integration with QNAP.
Thanks
bye
