TL-D800C WD Red WD60EFAX Compatibility

Hi, I've tried running a WD Red 6TB drive WD60EFAX in the TL-D800C and it will not recognise it. It does however recognise the model WD60EFRX.
I know they are not listed in the compatibility list, however I am amazed it can read one model but not the other.
Does anyone have any ideas why, and if there will be a firmware update in the future for the TL-D800C to support the WD60EFAX drives and obviously officially list WD60EFRX as supported?
I have recently transitioned over to this JBOD enclosure to replace my TS-559 Pro II NAS as it lacked higher capacity drive options, and the DAS suited my requirements. I transferred these 6TB drives across, only to discover this problem.
