IronwolfHealthManagement (IHM) does not show for Ironwolf Pro 16TB

Hi there,

we use 8 x brand new Ironwolf Pro 16TB drives (Modellnummer
ST16000NE000 ) in a brand new TVS-872XT NAS. The firmware was updated yesterday, 1
Storage Pool, 3 Volumes, Raid5, SSD Samsung EVO Cache 2x2GB in the N2V slots set to
"read only mode":

The problem: the IronwolfHealthManagement (IHM) does NOT show up for any of the IronwolfPro disks.
There is no (!) "Statistics", "Set Schedule", or "Test" button to be seen at the bottom
of the IHM tab.

How can we get this working?
