TA-Lib or C compiler HS-251+ / FW 4.4.1.1216

Hello,

I'm trying to install python scripts on the QNAP HS-251+ with FW 4.4.1.121. Within the system all modules seem to install except TA-Lib.
Also manually it seems not possible as the qnap system does not have a compiler.

Does anyone know how to install ta-lib or a C compiler to manually get ta-lib installed via the make command?
