QNAP TS453DU Internal fans are getting loud

I was wondering if any one replaced two fans inside QNAP TS453DU with Noctua NF-A4x20 PWM, Premium Quiet Fan, 4-Pin 40x20mm. I wonder if those would be enough to cool the unit. Or if anyone can recommend other fan that would work and not be as loud.
