TS-453mini fan replacement

Hello everyone,

I would like to replace the fan in my TS-453mini.

I was able to successfully remove the bottom plastic seat, but I have no idea how to detach the top plastic case that holds and blocks the fan inside.

Inspected the QNAP Hardware Manual, but sadly it does not have the section on TS-453mini fan replacement.

Do you know if there is a possibility to download a technical manual, which would show how is the plastic case attached?

No technical/service manuals have ever seen the light of day (that I know of)... so only QNAP would know (and they do not come here)

Have you checked if any online reviews took it apart ?

I did search the youtube, google and so on for dismounting the mini - but it seems to no avail.

Will try to look closer on how the case is mounted.
