Old TS-219 PII Still any use?
I have an old TS219 PII NAS , QNAP no longer provide firmware or anti virus updates. Is this hardware still of any use?

As an isolated backup device - yes.
But do not expose it in any way to internet.
Best is, to use power schedule for power on/power off and schedule the backups accordingly.

Pretty sure the x19 just got a recent security update
Should work just fine..don't bog it down with antivirus anyways (why?)
