TS-453 PRO - No detect Bay 3 and 4

TS-453 PRO - No detect Bay 3 and 4

Before i reset my QNAP TS453 Pro, all the bay worked good, after reset my QNAP (delete volume) just the bay 1 and 2 is detect, The nas don't show the disk 3 and 4, all the led for hdd are green

Can you help me for my nas can detect all the hdd/bay
