ts-h686 ports down

Port 3 doesnt seem to work in my new ts-h686. Thx

what is connected to that port
what have you tried so far

all 4 ports are connected to the modem

By connecting all 4 ports it means more speed I guess

No..connecting 4 ports to your router (I guess that is what you mean) will lead to IP address chaos..not speed improvements

Ts-h686 ports failure common? Anyone know?

You have not disclosed any troubleshooting steps you have done so far

First of all disconnect all but one (as it useless to connect all ports..as we have previously discussed)

How did you get such an idea, that connecting more ports increases network speed?
There are only very few configurations for that and I doubt, you are aware of these. If it would be so easy...
And why did you connect all ports to a modem, to increase WAN speed? :S
