Yesterday I found the nas with full space for no apparent reason.
After analyzing the situation, I found that I had some snapshots that were occupying me about 14Tb, but none were visible. In snapshot manager I only saw 1 snapshot, which I then deleted. The situation has not changed.
I tried to follow a guide on the qnap forum which advised reducing the volume and taking a new snapshot to overwrite the invisible one.
I did the resize of the volume which failed after several hours and is now in unmounted state.
Anyone can help me to resolve?

Best to open a ticket with QNAP , don't forget to tell them details like QNAP model and firmware used.
