ok..so that should be compatible with win10 (smb1 would not be)
I have an old 419p and win10 and win11 with all patches that are offered..no issues
Can no longer access network drives.

Re: Can no longer access network drives.
I have the same problem and similar situation to SmokeyWA.
Two windows 11 machines, one updated and zero access to independent QNAP NAS. The second without latest update and no problem.
Although have USB attached disk connection (share) issues introduced by the latest QNAP firmware.

Re: Can no longer access network drives.
I FIXED IT!!!!
In Windows 10 START > Settings > Network & Internet > Network Reset <----- DO THAT!!!!!
I have a picture of the menu but I don't know how to post it.
I had QNAP tech support working with me for an hour and we found this option. It fixed the connection issue.

Re: Can no longer access network drives.
Network reset did not work for me.
I think it was a firewall issue after the update - fiddled with so many things, but working now.
Control Panel > Windows Defender Firewall > Allow an app or feature ... > Change settings
Ensure 'File and Printer Sharing' (both) and 'Network Discovery' are all turned on.

Re: Can no longer access network drives.
In case anyone stumbles across this thread.
The issue came back, previous fixes did not work anymore (firewall, or suggested network reset)
Network discovery would just not stay turned on, none of the suggestions across the googleverse helped.
After installing Windows fall update it is fixed (for now).
So maybe a Windows repair install would have solved it.
