Unable to mount drive

Post by startingtopuff »

Hi, I am trying to configure a QNAP TS932PX for a family member and hitting a problem when trying to mount a shared folder I have created. As can be seen from the attached screenshot only the default folders Public & Web are available, the shared folder Artwork is grayed out. I am not doing anything different to that when I mount drives on either my TS210 or TS212 Qnap's so puzzled why this should happen. Both computers are 27" iMacs running Monterey.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Schoolboy error on my part. The "troublesome volume was already mounted hence it was grayed out.
