May be an issue with iOS devices?
I am only using Android, but can access with any account using my mobile devices and mobile apps (i.e. Qfile and Qmanager).

Re: Mobile device connectivity issues
I'm using iOS 15.6 and have no-problems accessing the QTS 5.0.1 UI login screen via Safari.

Re: Mobile device connectivity issues
I see, I have read the first post again and OP claims the same for iOS and Android .
No idea, what OP is doing wrong here, I can access my devices from LAN and remote (VPN), no matter if accessing the UI, shares or using mobile apps.

Re: Mobile device connectivity issues
Also just tried connecting to an authenticated SMB share on the NAS running QTS 5.0.1, with the iOS Files app: no-problems there either.
