Hi Anyone,
I have an issue scanning from a printer to a QNAP folder.
I have created a dedicated user to allow access to the folder and am using that account in the printer to send the scan.
The printer error for this Konica Minolta printer is "failed to connect".
Does anyone have this working consistently and what steps did you use?
Martin

Re: Printer Scan to QNAP Folder fails to connect
Hello, Me too! My printer does send Scan Scans to its folder on the old QNAP TS470pro... But, for a few days, it has not been possible to send to TVS682 (QTS 5.0.1.2145 Build 20220903) Which worked fine before because both configurations are always present in my HP-8600plus printer. Thank you for your feedback
Merci

Re: Printer Scan to QNAP Folder fails to connect
I've tried to set this up with a couple HP and brother printers to qnap nas boxes as well as dlink nas boxes. Haven't found a combination that works so far.
QNAP TS-563-16G 5x10TB Seagate Ironwolf HDD Raid-5 NIC: 2x1GB 1x10GbE
QNAP TS-231P-US 2x18TB Seagate Exos HDD Raid-1

Re: Printer Scan to QNAP Folder fails to connect
Hi all
has anyone got a solution for this please? I have got myself QNAP and I am struggling to use the 'Scan to Network Folder ' function on my HP OfficeJet. It works fine with Synology previously.
I just keep getting the Network error message.
thanks

Did you check the SMB versions as advised?
