QSync Unable to connect outside LAN

I have same problem.

I connect at home, but outside my LAN, my PC don't connect neither my android...

Any sugestion?

If accessing from outside, ALWAYS use VPN. Nothing else!
When using a VPN (a VPN server at your router combined with a VPN client at your mobile device - NO paid VPN service!) all such stuff will work without any issues!
Do not (!!!) use myqnapcloud or such weird stuff from QNAP (or even plain port forwardings at router) for accessing the NAS from outside your LAN!
