Hello,
This is outside of my area of expertise, please pretend you're helping a fourth grader.
I am trying to set up my Raven scanner to scan to my QNAP NAS.
QNAP TS-451
Raven original scanner
I created a shared folder called scans. I created it with no login or password, with write privileges for guests. I followed this guide. https://docs.qnap.com/nas-outdated/QTS4 ... 72368.html
Here's the example of the qnap nas share link.
https://192.168.12.221:443/share.cgi?ss ... cba3818032
Here is the error i get.
Thank you for your help.
Gary

Re: Need help Raven scanning to qnap nas
no need to use a camera for screenshots .. use printscreen or snip tools
anyways, check with the scanner manufacturer (or manual) what kind of network folder that scanner needs, you probably want to utilize an SMB share and not whatever https link you have setup there

From https://support.raven.com/hc/en-us/arti ... AS-Devices it definitely wants an SMB share setup. One thing it doesn't mention is what level of SMB it supports. Current QNAP firmware has disabled by default SMBV1 which might be your problem.
