I've got a similar issue, just installed and eero Pro 6 mesh network, and every other device in the house is working fine except for access to my QNAP via the LAN (can't log into the web interface, Qfinder Pro can't see the NAS, my network shares aren't accessible, can't SSH onto the box). I want my NAS to have a static IP. Have assigned the static IP in the eero app as well as configured it on the NAS, have verified that subnet masks configured in eero match that on my Qnap NAS, have configured the IP address for my NAS to be the same as what I configured in eero, have configured the default gateway for the NAS to be IP address of my gateway eero, have not enabled NAT nor DHCP on the QNAP interface.
HOWEVER, I can access the NAS desktop interface via myqnapcloud link

Disable the QNAP firewall and it'll work fine.

3 second reset disables it
after that, uninstall it
after that, uninstall it
