I have qnap ts-459U+ and i like to ask is there a possibility to generate random username and password for ftp clients? Or username/password with time limit?

There are no dedicated users for FTP use - just one set of users which can be managed in the Control Panel.
Unfortunately, the account expiration feature is not available on your legacy NAS in QTS 4.2.x - it was added with QTS 4.3:
