Hi all,
my father has a TS 412 and he is having an issue: he lost connection to all shared folder, either he access it from Win pc or Mac.
He has to restart the NAS and for a while it worked but then, suddenly, after some hours, the problems occurs again.
Any suggestion on how to investigate on this issue?

It is a QNAP TS-412, 4 bays but currently with just one disk inside.
Firmware version is 4.3.3 (beta) but the issue was already present with previous version.
Just to provide more details, when files are not available I can access NAS user interface through web. The issue seems related just to access files, shared folder, copying files or accessing file from a multi media devices.
After restarting it, everything come back fine without issues for a while
