QSYNC howto reset access rights and qsync database

I had to restore user files from backup. This was done using Linux shell.
I already set Linux user rights with chown and chmod but Qsync isn't running normal (access problems for team folders etc.). It seems QTS is using extra information besides Linux rights.

My questions:

• How can I restore all user access rights to default for the complete user home tree?
• How can I reinitalize Qsync database (complete / for one user only)?
