I have so far been unable to find an answer to this question.
I have several users on the NAS (TS-251+, QTS 4.3.3), who have subfolders within their home folders.
Is it possible to share a user's subfolder with another user? I Tried to add the 2nd user's permissions via Control Panel>Privelege>Shared Folders>homes>user1>subfolder, but the 2nd user is unable to see this shared folder.
Any suggestions?

Yes Select advanced sharing, and you can share sub folders

Re: Sharing a user's subfolder with other users
As I mentioned in my original post, I enable the share, but the other user is unable to see or access the folder. Could you possibly list the procedure for enabling the share?
This is what I do:
1. Control Panel
2. Privelege
3. Shared folders
4. Click on the "share" button on "homes", which opens up all the user folders
5. I then go and select the user's subfolder and enable user2 to have RO access and click Apply
When user 2 logs in, they are unable to see user1's shared folder in File Station.
What step am I missing?
