192.168.x.x is a private IP range .. no wonder the links don't work
https://www.qnap.com/en-us/how-to/tutor ... le-station
switch it from IP address to domain name (your myqnapcloud name)

the second link should work, if you have setup forwarding correctly in your router
3rd one is again a private ip and thus will not work
or go to here:
https://www.iplocation.net/
and find out your external ip and replace the private one (192.168.x.y)
both ways only work if you have a dedicated ipv4 ... if your isp does some Carrier grade NAT ...it will not work

One more point: On many consumer grade router, the NAT configuration does not allow accessing the LAN trough the external IP (or name) by doing NAT loopback from the same LAN.

Thank you for your answer.
As you see, I am not an expert and I don't understand all the NAT and LAN stuff, , I understand that the address like 192. etc... is internal, so it don t work outside
How can I "setup forwarding correctly in my router" ? I just turn the red Port in my box and turn it to green (port 80 and 463 )
I wons I can access A LAN and NAT menu in my box , but don t know what to do...
