QNAP FTP GetFileSize not working.

Good afternoon,

I need your help if possible. I am creating a small application in C# to download a file from my QNAP server (TS-653-A) with Firmware 4.2.2

While I can easily download whatever I want from the FTP server with my program, I am unable to get the filesize wish is very useful to create a percentage of how much was downloaded.

The problem is not with my programming because I tested with a FTP server in my phone and I can get the size of the file, but it seems that the FTP server that comes with my QNAP doesn't allow the instruction GetFileSize and always return an error: File not found.

Am I missing some kind of configuration on my QNAP server?
Any help would be deeply appreciated.
