Hello,
sorry for probably asking silly questions, but we are in the middle of a project with a dozen people involved, none really being used to work with a shared folder.
So let me put it that wy, lot´s of silly things happen, I have to restore files from the recycle bin way to often. I would like to avoid accidental deletion of fit-to-print files but still have them available to everyone.
is it possible to create a safe folder within the teamfolder where final files, or refeference files can be dumped that should not be deleted or edited anymore?
something else:
I have set all clients to "rename local" but I now have weird renames on the NAS which copied everywhere and no duplicates with the old name. I do not know who and how.
is this setting good, or is si trouble? id you have an idea why multible folders have names with "konflikt(1)" atached to it but not the original folders anymore, please let me know.
so many thanks!
Flo
