CIFS has stopped working

Hi

We have a Panasonic NS700 PBX System and this has connected quite happily via CIFS to a QNAP TS-421U for years.

The Panasonic PBX now refuses to connect and has very limited logging information so we cant determine what the issue is.
We are unsure if its the Panasonic PBX that has the issue or the QNAP - I suspect the QNAP and it being related to the Firmware - but unsure.

The QNAP is as follows - QNAP TS-421U, Firmware 4.3.3.0868

I cannot tell you much about the Panasonic system other than it has the following NAS Settings (Please see attached image)

Can anyone please provide some help or an insight by return

cifs service active on the qnap?
