Qsync broken

First a forum request...Why doesn’t QSync have a dedicated area/sub forum? For now both file sharing and backup and restore could be used to post questions which is messy.

QSync 4.3.9.1302 has just stopped working for me after many years of faithful service.
The desktop client is on a connecting... loop
The link status shows the NAS is connected but the Computer (Windows 10) connection status is stuck ‘connecting’.

I opened a call a few days ago but now waiting why “it is being investigated”.
It would be a pain if I have to move to an alternative solution but perhaps if QSync isn’t viable I really will have no choice if I want to keep a copy of my documents on the NAS.

qnap forum admins do not come here ..you need to open a ticket

Ticket opened and successful fix applied with firmware update.

What firmware update fixed it for you? Mine still is seeking out a non-existent HOME directory.
