Hi folks,
I've ordered a TS-673 and joined it already to my AD (straight AD, no LDAP).
What I want to achieve is, to setup shared folder with permissions for AD users and AD groups and to access the folders as well via Browser (preferred via WebDAV)
At this point I get an popup to authenticate, but this works only for my local user, not for the AD one. Is there any way to get this done without using local users nor QNAPs myCloud service?
Thanks in advance!

Re: WebDAV with AD users
I really didn't expect that this question was raised two years ago.
It is now 2022, and the problem of permissions for WEBDAV and AD domain users has not been resolved.
The official answer to me is that enterprise users rarely use this feature. . .
I regret not buying Synology.

As this is a user forum, you need to open a ticket to get any official answer.
Also make sure you are VERY careful when exposing any NAS service to WAN or you might find yourself in the ransomware corner
